Form Purpose: This form is intended for faculty, students and staff of Valdosta State University to reserve the conference room located in the Africana Studies Suite. 

Once your request has been received and reviewed you will receive an email confirmation from our team at afams@valdosta.edu. You will be provided a room invite to your email calendar. 

Please note that we are not open on the weekends and university holidays
